 The Einst behave similarly to a Borg-like collective. Its leader, the Neue Regisseur, oversees all Einst activity, and is their collective consciousness. While the Einst cannot physically communicate through speech, they are more commonly known to do so through the use of telepathy, which explains why Kyosuke Nanbu and Excellen Browning were the only ones to hear them, initially. It is not known what the Einst truly look like, as they appear in different forms during their encounters with the protagonist groups in the respective Super Robot Wars games.
