Its upgrade is known as the Laz Angriff Raven. It appears as a playable unit in Super Robot Wars A, Super Robot Taisen: Original Generation 2, Super Robot Wars Original Generations and Super Robot Wars Original Generation Gaiden.
The Laz Angriff's name is changed to Rathgrith in the North American localization. However, the Rathgrith is actually the Type-33 of the Valkyrie series. The Type-33Kai Rathgrith Custom (Kai is the Japanese term for the kanji character, 改; in English, it means "modified" or "custom") is used by the protagonist in Super Robot Wars 64. While the Laz Angriff shares the same red color scheme with the Rathgrith Custom, their equipment is completely different.
Appearance[]
The Laz Angriff Raven carries an additional flight pack, mounted along its shoulders, and holds a handheld rifle and shield at all times. Its appearance closely resembles the Dragonar Custom units of Metal Armor Dragonar.

A handheld four-barrelled rotary missile launcher.

Similar to the Randgrith Raven's Linear Rifle, this handheld weapon fires bullet-piercing slugs comparable to the handheld railguns on the Guarlion Custom.
- Matrix Missile
Mounted on the machine's wings, this weapon fires two missile containers, which break open to scatter smaller warheads at long-distance targets.
- Phalanx Missile
This particular weapon is used to lay down a barrage of missiles in an area designated by the pilot, capable of striking multiple enemy units.
- Anti-Ship Missiles
Two massive warheads stored on the back are fired, specifically designed for anti-battleship combat.
- Twin Solid Cannon
Unfolding two hidden Linear Cannons in the Laz Angriff Raven's shoulders, the unit fires a quick barrage of solid, artillery rounds upon its target.
- Compressed Charged Particle Cannon
Swinging a large cannon into position on the Laz Angriff Raven's right side, the unit locks onto its target from a mid-air position and fires a massive energy blast that pierces the target.
